At the start of the challenge, you will answer a series of simple questions and set your appetite level for change, which in turn will provide you with a personal daily points goal. Then, for each day of the challenge, you will be encouraged to reach your 100% through living a balanced lifestyle. Much like Olympic medals, points are awarded for succeeding in a challenge or task to help reinforce positive lifestyle choices.
Every week you, your team and all other participants will face a new challenge focusing on specific life skills in one of the five key areas of nutrition, exercise, sleep, mental wellbeing and teamwork.
During the challenge, you will have access to helpful tips and inspiration from Team GB experts, unique content to inspire you to try new things, and help you improve your basic life skills in areas that make a difference to you. Acknowledging that everyone has a different starting line, goals will be set according to your current level of life skills, making the challenge accessible to everyone.
If you make it through all four-weeks, you will have conquered the Team GB Partner Challenge. This not only will have improved your lifestyle but will have given you a unique insight into what it is like to experience the mindset of an athlete.
